Who we are
TSI was established in 1992 as an installer and maintainer of telephone systems and structured cabling. Through word of mouth the business grew as TSI established a reputation for personal customer service and engineering expertise.
By 1997 the business was supporting customers with both small and large installations at sites throughout the UK. Strong commercial relationships were established with key suppliers ensuring that all product lines were supported to the highest industry standards. Throughout business customers large and small continued to enjoy the same personal customer service that is the hallmark of TSi.
In 1998 TSI sought to grow further whilst retaining the character of the business customers valued so highly. It was identified that only the best information systems and its skilled management would allow staff to deliver on customer expectations in an enlarged organisation. With these systems in place TSI has been able to maintain or improve responsiveness and increase the range of services offered.
After sustained growth in 2004 TSI was seperated into TSI Voice & Data and TSI Installations to allow greater flexibility and leverage its expertise. A close intercompany working relationship ensures that TSI can provide a complete solution, whilst internal Chinese Walls guard against conflicts of interest.
In 2009 TSI is a growing company with proven management systems, committed staff and the resources to support businesses large and small with all aspects of telephone systems and data/cabling solutions. Above all the company is committed to the strategy of personal customer service coupled with engineering expertise.
